Python is my number one go to programming language, it is easy and fast to develop. There are already a lot of helpfull libraries to get you started with your project.
As a technical computer science student I gained a lot of knowledge in C/C++.
Although it has been a while since I've used Java, I still see it as one of the languages I master. At the beginning of my education I had Java to learn the basics of programming.
